Ceramic heating Baking Oven Three Deck Six Trays Gas Deck Oven for Cake have special design heating system, this is one of the biggest advantage in the baking equipment.
Normally the heating parts in deck oven use copper tube and heating lamp, this heating system can make the temperature reach to the required degree, but neither heating lamp nor copper tube can make the heating evenly, so for this heating element baking oven the operator need to change the direction and continue baking during processing.
Our design is use heating coil and ceramic as heating system, but not when you have heating coil and ceramic you can produce the good heating system, because the ceramic distance difference and heating coil spring rate need special calculate to make it in scientific position. This heating system can make the product heated evenly, and operator doesn’t need to change direction during baking processing.
