The power consume is almost same for both single deck four trays and double deck four trays. So customer can choose the suit one for the detail work environment.
We have special design in the door panel, for normal deck oven the door panel use one complete steel panel and it will cause during baking the whole door temperature will higher and it is easy to hurt the operator. But our panel designed to two stage, and one stage can isolate the heating temperature , it will not cause the door plane and handle hot, so this design is much safe for operator and popular in Europe countries. Also for some customers who want to monitor the inside baking clearly, we can provide the big glass door panel design.
Concerning deck oven the heating system is very important, stable temperature can output qualified and delicious bread cake and other food product. We have modified and improved the heating system design to make it more stable and suit for processing different kinds of food products. Also the digital control system have better control compare with rotary knob.
