Zhenheng JS Series Concrete Mixer is twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer. The common used models include JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, JS2000 and JS3000. It cannot only work independently, but also be applied, together with concrete batching machine, in concrete batching plant. JS Series Concrete Mixer has such advantages as reasonable and compact structure, outstanding mixing quality, high mixing efficiency, low energy consumption and long service life.
Standard Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer Model JS2000 made by the matching degree of high-quality and external parts, versatility, easy maintenance, customer use pressure-free, low cost of use, save customer time and money costs.
The shaft end seal is a special structure and an important part of concrete mixer. It is function is to protect the supporting bearing at the shaft end from mortar erosion, prevent the leakage of the shaft end, and ensure the normal operation of the mixing system.
Mixing structure is designed with a barrel stirring shaft which is horizontal vertical installed. There are mixing blades on the shaft. When it works, the shaft drives blades to shear, extrude, turn and push the inside materials in order to achieve power mixing effect with uniform mixing, good quality and high efficiency.
