1. The mixing system and aggregate lifting system of HZS35 concrete batching plant adopt JS750 double horizontal shaft forced mixer,
2. The aggregate batching system of HZS35 concrete batching plant adopts PLD1200 concrete batching machine, loading machine, automatic electronic scale measurement;
3. Cement is stored in 50T or 100T cement silo, conveyed by screw conveyor, and measured by cement scale;
4. The water is stored in a water tank or pool, deliveried by pump, and measured by water scale.
5. After the liquid additive is evenly stirred in the additive storage tank, it is sent to the addivite scale by the corrosion-resistant pump for measurement.
