2. Material value setting

Enter the set value of sand and cement according to the regulations. If a certain material does not participate in the ratio, the set value must be 0.

3. Revision of the difference

When the weight of the weighing hopper reaches the set value, the feeding conveyor automatically stops running, but some of the material will fall into the weighing hopper. This part of the material is called the drop.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the ingredients, the drop difference of the materials must be corrected. Different material control instruments have different methods for setting the difference value. Most models do not need manual operation by the user and can be automatically corrected.

4. Batching process operation

Before entering the batching process, turn on the power of the main power supply and the batching control device, start the batching control instrument, and start the normal, press the ingredients or start button to realize the automatic batching. After the ingredients are finished, press the discharge button to feed the dispensed material into the mixer hopper. After the completion of the discharge, the batching opportunity automatically performs two cycles of batching work. Thereafter, the operator simply presses the discharge button when needed. The batching work can be temporarily stopped by pressing the pause button during the batching process. In order to realize the mixer, the batching machine is operated by one person, and the machine is equipped with a wired remote control, as long as the remote control plug is inserted into the remote control socket on the electrical box.
