HZS60 concrete batching plant, whose production capacity is 60 m3/h, flexibly consists of JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer, PLD2400 batching machine, cement silos, control system and relevant equipment. On the other hand, the 1.5m3 twin shaft concrete mixer, compulsory and efficient, can work independently. This kind of 60m3 concrete batch plant is of simple structure, easy installation and disassembling, convenient construction, widely applied to various big and middle industry and civil construction of bridge, highway, water conservancy project and wharf and so on. HZS60 cement batching plant, capable of excellent mixing hard-dry concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortars, is an ideal equipment to produce commercial concrete.
1. Batching machine is small automatic concrete batching equipment, which can be combined with cement silos. adopts imported sensors, which is quick to response and accurate; the single-hopper modular design is flexible for installation. The weighing capacity is 2400L, the batching accuracy is ±2%, production capacity is 120 m³/h.
2. As screw conveyor is easy to install,so this screw conveyor is special used for transport powder in field working. Screw conveyor is applicable for transporting powder granular and small blocked bulk material, such as clay powder, cement, concrete, sand, stone, grain, coal etc. also can complete the gathering, stirring, mixing, dehydrating, customizing material, unloading, stacking during conveyor.
3. Customized sizing and layout to specific requirement Sub-structure, easy transportation, installation fast, level display, with positive and negative regulator,Green filter. Equipped with a safety valve at the top of cement silo, cement silo used to balance the pressure difference between inside and outside.
