Description:

The spraying hose are suitable for Concrete delivery for shotcrete machine and concrete pump.The spraying hose is musted be used in concrete delivery or spraying.

It is composed of an inner rubber layer made of highly wear-resistant synthetic rubber and nano materials, a steel wire reinforcement layer and a corrosion-resistant outer rubber layer.

The shotcrete tube is made of wear-resistant rubber, with two layers inside and outside.

Features:

High wear resistance, high toughness, high pressure resistance.

Material: Internal layer: the main raw material are polyurethane and butyl rubber, added with special reinforcing agent.

Reinforcing layer: Fabric reinforced spraying hose adopts high-quality rubber fabric as reinforcing layer, which has good flexibility and pressure resistance.

Steel braided spraying hose adopts steel wire woven layer with excellent pressure resistance and flex resistance, which can endure 3-4 times of the working pressure.

A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment; L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)

2. Q:How to place an order? A

:Both online order and offline order are acceptable.

3. Q:How about the package?

A:We have fumigation-free wooden case to protect the machine from damage during the long-distance delivery.

4. Q:What is the lead time?

A:1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It depends for mass production.

5. Q:What should we do if there are some problems with the machine?
