Features:

1. Get in place quickly

The position of the mold can be adjusted left and right through the hydraulic cylinder, which greatly shortens the time before construction. The slipform machine can be used for paving under various working conditions.

2. The conveying position can be adjusted

The screw feeding device adjusts the tilt angle and the front and rear positions through the hydraulic cylinder to meet various feeding conditions. During construction, the discharge port is located directly above the mold hopper, and the rotation angle of the slipform machine can be manually adjusted during transfer and transportation to narrow the body.

3. Track offset function

The right rear track has a hydraulic offset function, which can adjust the track spacing, which is convenient for transportation and increases the paving width in the middle mode.

4. One machine with multiple functions

Mold Offset: For curbs, gutters, crash walls, etc.

Mold in the middle (optional): used for low-grade rural roads, squares, sidewalks and agricultural irrigation canals with concrete structures.

5. One machine with multiple modes

According to different construction requirements, a variety of molds can be selected for users under reasonable design parameters. Improve paver utilization.

6. Full hydraulic drive

Imported brand load-sensitive variable pumps save energy and reduce the temperature rise of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic valves and other imported brands are selected, with superior and reliable performance. Vibrator adopts imported brand with excellent performance.

7. Milling function (optional, non-standard)

The leveler directly driven by the hydraulic motor has a compact structure and strong power, which can mill the hard roadbed, make the mold side plate at the back more consistent with the roadbed, and reduce paving material leakage.
