Construction Hoist Elevator Feature
1. The Construction lift is equipped with a state-patented safety device which can brake automatically in case of accidental fall.
2. Comparing with traditional building hoists, it is attractive, light and is easy to handle, secure, applicable.
3. SC200/200 Construction passenger hoist is excellent in technical performance, more secure in operating mechanism, and more compact in structure.
4. The driver element on top of the cage is safe and reliable and convenient for maintenance.
5. It has simple electrical control system, convenient to be maintained and low failure rate;
6. With the advantages of reliable performance, safety, easy carrying, high adaptability, it can reduce operators’ work intensity.
Construction Hoist Elevator Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
The construction material elevator structural parts are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength steel.
The construction lift cage roof is made by a full steel plate, and the edges are totally welded, to ensure no water leakage and high strength.
Construction Hoist Elevator Standard Configuration
There is a small crane for conenient assembly of the construction lift.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
There is LED lighting inside construction elevator car.
