The 1/4" hydraulic control line mainly controls the downhole ety valve and vent valve of the cable packer for oil and gas wells. When in use, the 1/4" hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole ety valve and the vent valve, and its switching pressure is determined by the surface pressure control. After reaching the set pressure, the ety valve and the bleed valve are opened simultaneously. At this time, the oil and gas wells can be produced normally, and the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can be discharged from the annulus through the gas release valve. Then, the pressure of the control pipeline is released, and the downhole ety valve of the oil and gas well and the gas release valve through the cable packer are closed at the same time. The oil and gas well tubing and the annulus circulation channel are blocked, so that the ety of the oil well can be guaranteed. Of course, the 1/4" hydraulic control pipeline can also be used alone to control downhole ety valves, surface ety valves and other surface valves, as well as large equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
