What is corrugated plastic twin wall sheet?
Corrugated plastic twin wall is made of Polypropylene (PP) copolymer, also known as PP corrugated sheet, corrugated polypropylene sheet, Corflute, Flute board, Twin Wall Sheet, Core Flute, Corriboard, infraboard, Polyflute, polionda, cartonplast sheet, Correx, Coroplast, PP board, and so on.
It is an ideal material for packaging, advertising, construction and agriculture use, etc.
When the corrugated plastic twin wall sheet is used for packaging, it can be used directly as a packaging board, or it can be made into a box to transport or store products, or it can be made into a plastic layer pad, which is also used to store or transport some products.
Corrugated polypropylene twin wall sheets make an economical and lightweight choice for building contractors who use them for countertop templates, concrete molds, and temporary floor coverings. Fluted polypropylene also makes a popular choice in packaging as a more durable, water-resistant, and reusable or recyclable alternative to paper-based packaging.
When corrugated plastic twin wall sheets are used for packaging panels, the most commonly used thickness is 2-4mm. When used as a packaging box, the most commonly used board thickness is 3mm-5mm. Applications of corrugated plastic twin wall sheets:
1. The cartonplast sheet can replace corrugated cardboard, wood board, metal board, etc. as packaging materials, and it is also the most ideal packaging material on the market.
2. Impraboard sheets can be made into coroplast packaging boxes, food packaging boxes, parts packaging boxes, precision instrument turnover boxes, backing sheets and partitions for packaging electronic components, etc.
3. The plastic hollow core board can also be used as an industrial board. It can be used as a protective umbrella, cushion board, shelf, partition, bottom board, cross-board, etc. for various items or objects.
4. The polypropylene hollow board can be made into the anti-static coroplast board, flame-retardant pp hollow board, conductive coroplast board, to avoid static electricity and fire damage to the products in the box, and to minimize losses.
