The new type printer folder gluer machine,my company absorbs the design concept from a well-know Japanese company,adopts full-servo-control,the design speed is 350PCS/Min and the gluing department has two choices.According to the customer's request,it can be glued on the paste wheel,and it can be glued and folded automatically also.Servo-control is adopted to adjust the paper forming through the secondary pressure wire.The whole system adopts integrated automatic cotrol.It is convenient to operate and it can store 999 orders.The use of a fully automatic linkage gluing machine can creat a greater profit margin for the company.This whole printer folder gluer combines line requires only 3-4 operators,saving time,labor,energy and effciency,realizing a truly industrialized production.
Functions and features
1. This machine can automatically complete the functions of cardboard feeding, printing, billet forming, folding, box counting, stacking and binding at one time. It saves operators and is a high-speed, efficient and low-cost carton production equipment.
2. The whole machine's electrical appliances and computer software adopt international famous brands (Schneider, Delta) with stable and reliable quality, and adopt man-machine interface, computer order management (Beijing Kunlun Tongzhou MCGS color touch screen), easy operation, faster order exchange (multiple orders can be saved).
3. High quality steel, tempering and tempering are used for the whole machine shaft and roll; lapping, high precision computer dynamic balance correction, hard chromium plating on the surface.
4. The transmission gears of the whole machine are all made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with hardness HRC58-62. After grinding, the 6-level accuracy ensures the high accuracy of color matching for long-term use.
5. The whole process of vacuum adsorption feeding is adopted to make the feeding more stable.
6. Equipped with scraper system, the printing effect is better.
7. Optional light and drying groups.
8. Spray lubrication is used in the lubrication system of the whole machine.
9. The main engine adopts frequency conversion control (Delta), which can start and run more smoothly and save energy.
