Part One. Equipment Show
After–sales service:

Whenever you have technical question in using it, we will freely do our best to support you.
Installation and training:
We provide training if the technical engineers of the buyer coming to our company. If the buyer needs our engineer to install and training at buyer's spot, the buyer should pay for the visa cost, air ticket, and accommodation and salary, etc. The engineer’s salary is 120USD per day and the technician’s salary is 80USD per day.
Part Two. Equipments Introduction
1. Bottle unscrambler introduction:
LP series unscrambler is a bottle collocating equipment of internationally advanced level- elevator technology we developed on basis of introduced technology with a consideration of a propensity of domestic beverage filling facilities towards high-speed production.
The body machine is barrel shape, with adjustable horses in the bottom of outer rounding, to adjust the height and level of the machine. An inner and an outer rotary barrel are positioned round the double-line bearings inside the body machine. The outside of inner rotary barrel is equipped with bottle tank, and inside with equivalent elevator. The corresponding bottle distributor is also equipped on the outer barrel. An umbrella-tower is centered in the machine. Bottles are conveyed to the middle of the machine through elevator upon signals of bottle absence, falling from the umbrella-tower to the fringes. Bottles are pushed into bottle tank by cams in the elevator. The circulation of the machine is accompanied by the elevator thrice. Every elevator Bottles in distributor will be transported into air conveyor through star wheels.
2. Main features:
1) Outer canister, rotary canister and contact parts with bottles are made of S/S SUS304. Frames are welded with carbon steel of fine quality, with anti-rust treated and sprayed of surface.
2) Body of canister is sealed, and kept with slight positive pressure to prevent dust.
3) Top of canister is equipped with removable cover, easy to maintain and clean.
4) Equipped with defective bottle rejection device. No need to stop to clean up in usual condition. Blocks from mass defective bottles in bottle. The testing switch in the machine will alarm and stop the machine. Operators can dredge it according to signals.
5) Specially designed bottle tank can apply to bottles of dimensions at small difference, no need to change tank to save investment. E.g. if you want to change 600ml with 500ml with same diameter, only 30mm shorter, you need not to change the tank, just do some adjustment.
6) The midst of canister is equipped with exit for mold replacing, easy for dismantlement and clean up of bottle tank.
7) The under of canister is equipped with maintenance exit, easy for operators to contact the bottom of machine.
8) Equipped with manual operators.
9) Prefect safeguard device.
10) Bottle-jam inspector is equipped on out-feed star wheels to safeguard machine.
11) Equipped with oil filling port to lubricate the gears, bearings, and cams.
12) Main motor is SEW.
13) Main electrical components (frequency inverter, PLC, photocells and relays) use MITSUBISHI OMRON SIEMENS products.
14) Pneumatic system uses FESTO products of Germany.
