Causes of scratches on copper slide plate

3. There is scratch on the forming surface.
4. The casting temperature of copper casting is too high.

7. The slope of the formed surface is too small or opposite.

9. The smoothness of the forming surface is insufficient, or the processing pattern is incorrect, or the flatness of the stripping direction is poor.
