Production and processing
Problems to be paid attention to in the processing of copper sleeve: as we all know, the copper sleeve has high hardness, good wear resistance and is not easy to produce
It has good casting and machining properties. It has strong corrosion resistance. So it often needs to be careful in the manufacturing process, so what should be paid attention to in the manufacturing process?
1: When casting copper sleeve, every process must be handled carefully. For example, the core must be placed properly when the box is closed, so as to avoid that the casting cannot be processed according to the size.
2: Before processing, first clean the casting, then get on the car, first calibrate it, then get off the car to the semi-finished product during processing, and then cool it down. Because the copper shrinks, in order to process accurately, put the workpiece at room temperature for processing when getting on the car.
3: After the finished product, especially the straight tube cannot be placed horizontally, it shall be placed vertically to prevent deformation.
4: The packaging shall be reserved to avoid accidental collision and deformation during transportation.
