Notes
1.When casting the flange copper sleeve, it should be careful, and it is not allowed to punch it forcefully. It is not allowed to knock the bearing directly with a hammer, and it is not allowed to transfer the pressure through the rolling element.
2. Proper and accurate installation tools shall be used for copper casting, special tools shall be used as far as possible, and cloth and short fiber shall be avoided.
3. Try to keep the copper sleeve casting and its surrounding environment clean. Even if the invisible smile dust enters the straight copper sleeve, the copper casting will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the straight copper sleeve.
4. In order to prevent the corrosion of the copper sleeve, when taking the bearing by hand, the sweat on the hand shall be fully washed off during copper casting, and the operation shall be carried out after being coated with mineral oil. In rainy season and summer, special attention shall be paid to rust prevention
