Anti interference of plasma power supply
The main interference source of the plasma numerical control system is the power supply part. Usually the plasma cutting machine arc caused by the computer's internal chaos, can not be normal cutting, the first CNC cutting machine and even require the user to start arc and then start the computer, running the CNC system program. This not only makes the complicated operation, the computer is not fully utilized, but also seriously affect the life of the computer, so the suppression of plasma power interference, reduce the pollution to the power network is the primary problem, specific measures:
(1) is to increase the high frequency arc shield, reduce high-frequency radiation;
(2) improvement of control system of plasma power.
Plasma cutting machine of the control power supply of 220V directly quoted from the grid voltage, / arc arc line directly from the cutting machine leads to numerical control electrical cabinet, and during CNC power system together, so that the plasma / arc caused by the high frequency interference and electromagnetic interference caused by high current directly on into the grid. (3) other wiring anti-interference measures
