| 1. The tank body is a vertical cylindrical tank, with an oval head on the top and an oval head on the bottom of the tank. The entire tank is supported by adjustable tank legs with feet; 2. The tank is designed to withstand a pressure of 3.5bar and can be steam sterilized at 144°C for 20 minutes; 3. The inner tank material is 316L stainless steel, the inner tank thickness is 10mm, and the inner surface mirror finish reaches 0.3μm; 4. The thinnest thickness of the tank head shall not be less than 8mm; 5. Please refer to the detailed drawing for the jacket form; 6. The outer material is made of 304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of 3mm, the original surface of the 2B plate, the welding seam finish Ra≤0.8um, and there is a sterile air inlet on the top of the tank. 7. There is a pressure-resistant manhole on the top of the tank, and the tank is equipped with a manhole rubber ring. The tank CIP pipeline and the tank sterile air pipeline require the use of sterile valves; 9. Equipped with automatic sterile material taking valve; 10. The mixing adopts steam barrier, motor with variable frequency and equipped with frequency converter, and the speed is 50~80 rpm; 12. Welding front groove and assembly inspection, including spot welding quality, assembly gap, error amount, etc.; 15. For nozzles and equipment, avoid corner joints; 16.
