Brushed Dc Motor Controller EPS-D0E 24V 100A used for Electronic Power Steering (EPS)

Product Description:

EPS-D0E is an optimal product of DC motor controller that provides Electric Power Steering (EPS) functions for permanent magnetic motors. It’s designed and manufactured by DALA based on the latest technologies and accumulated experiences.
EPS-D0E can work together with DALA AC traction motor controller that is of the same communication protocols or work alone as the steering control system for industrial vehicles.
The product is made in compliance to EN1175 2020 standards and intended to serve the international market.

Features:

Motor Control

  1. Both absolute and relative position control modes.
  2. 15kHz PWM switching frequency ensures quiet operation.
  3. Advanced PWM technology greatly improves the efficiency by generating lower motor harmonics, lower torque ripples and minimal heat loss.
  4. Configurable homing methods, center offset, and end-stop protection.
  5. 60A 1-minute rated current, continuous output of 30A for 1 hour, 70A boost for 10 seconds.


Unparalleled Flexibility

  1. It supports both serial and CAN communication.
  2. It supports +5V and +12V low-power supplies for input sensors, etc.
  3. DALA DS13 handheld programmer and DALA DS14 PC-based programmer kit available for customer of different requirement.
  4. The built-in status LED is utilized for real-time diagnostic indication.


Resilient Reliability

  1. Intelligent thermal cutoff and over/under-voltage protection functions maintain steering while reducing traction speed until severe over-limit or under-limit conditions are reached.
  2. Electronic component sealing level reaches IP64.
  3. Drive MOS self-check and self-protection.
  4. Multiple protection fault output terminals can promptly and accurately shut down traction operation.
  5. Input protection against B+ and B- short circuits.
