Plastics Laminating Production Line

 

The production line adopts cast film process to heat and extrude PE,EVA,TPR,PP.and other material, coat on the substrates(base fabric), calender and cool, finally take up in rolls.

The machine can be manufactured according to customer's requirement. It can be designed into computer automatic control, with vector frequency converter,PLC integrated control, human friendly interface and touch screen displayer.
Main usage: suitable for laminating a variety of non-woven fabrics, paper, woven fabries,mesh, foam, pearl cotton, aluminium foil, top cover for car, carpet, printed films etc. in single layer or multilayers.
