Application:Fully automatic prodcution and processing for cup-type protective masks.
Technical Data

1. Integrated design, from feeding raw materials to cup forming, cup border welding, cup border cutting, automatic transmission, sticking outer nose clip, automatic transfer printing, automatic staple headband (can choose automatic headband welding), automatic breath valve welding(optional), manipulator grab and automatic convey, etc. All processes for achieving automatic production of cup type mask.

2. Constant temperature induction, stick-ing outer nose clip automatically, inci-sion smooth and stick stable.

3. Automatic transfer printing device, efficient and fast with clear pattern. 4.Automatic double decision staple head-band device, the length of headband is adjustable, strength and strong pull.

5. The finished product and wastage are separated automatically.

 

    The product line absorbs the advanced technology from same machines made in other countries, featured with local design complete range of 

specifications, superior performance, uniform web formation. With polypropylene as the raw material, the machine can produce white, colorful, ageing resistant, antistatic, antibioetic, flame retardant spun-bonded fabric rolls. The products can be used widely in industries, agriculture, medicine, labor protection, irrgation works, aviation, shoe industrial, packing and daily use artuccle etc.
