Description:

YUHUI DP offers Strain relief clamps to hold the drop wires at both sides.The Drop wire entrance points at bottom (right & left) have proper rubber grommets with cross cut having provision of drop wire entrance either flat type or twisted pairs.
The housing and cover of the distribution Point is designed that in close position, it shall be completely sealed against ingress of wind driven rain, moisture, snow, dust, insects etc and shall provide full protection to the terminal block/modules.

Mainly used in terminating cables of secondary telephone networks to the cable pairs of subscriber lines.
The connection module provides a connection point between an exchange-side cable pair and a distribution pair. It incorporates a 5-point plug-in module to provide continuity and a range of other options. Removal of the plug-in module does not disturb wire connections but makes contacts to them available for testing to both sides of the network.

YUHUI DP boxes with drop wire modules had successfully tested via Pressure test,terminal shock test,drop test,bump test,vibration test,salt fog test,corrosion test,splash proff test,Life test,durability test,thermal cycle test and heat age test. It is especially recommended for:

The box consists of a body and cover which house modules on a DIN rail.Provision for wall mounting is incorporated in the body of the box. The lid has various opening positions, which can be selected according to the amount of working space available, and is also fitted with a seal to limit water entry.
Grommets are provided for dropwire and pair access.

The box locking mechanism is mounted in the base and is effective on closing the box; to open the box again a special key or a screwdriver is required depending upon the lock type.Without indication,the normal pack for the box is with key.

The connection modules are designed for mounting on a standard DIN rail and can therefore be mounted in a variety of housings in whatever quantities are required.

The subscriber connector unit consists of a rectangular box base with a cover and a connection module secured to the base.The top and base are hinged together, and the top is easily removable to facilitate working in cramped conditions.The cable grommets for wire entry and exit may be adjusted to conductor size and are also removable.A metal screw is provided for grounding purposes.

Application for replacing Tyco VX-SB subscribe connector unit terminal blocks,Connecting 1 pair module without protection,module with surge protection (gas-discharge instrument with surge protection to 230V) and module with overvoltage and overcurrent (overvoltage to 230V, and by two resistors PTC, which protect from the overcurrent).

Modules are recommended for: the external application, including in cases when of an environmental condition it is most aggressive, the end fitting is in cases when at the point of user necessary the replacement of the types of the elements of electrical protection or types of the utilized filters.
