Product features:
Adopting a center guided drilling structure, the centering effect is good and the hole position has high straightness.
The inner and outer blades adopt a replaceable small knife clip structure. In practical use, the most easily damaged tool is the outer blade clamp. By replacing the small tool clamp, the entire drill bit is avoided from being scrapped, saving tool costs.
The blade head and blade holder adopt a combined structure. To process holes of different depths, simply replace the tool holders of different lengths.
The entire drill bit is equipped with a central water outlet, which can effectively cool the blade and improve its service life. Internal cooling of colleagues is more conducive to the discharge of iron filings.
The blade is a hard alloy standard, which can use higher rotational speed and feed, and the hole wall smoothness is also significantly improved compared to high-speed steel drill bits.
