The specific model of the two-in-one rack and the leveling machine distribution machine is selected according to the actual stamping material width, thickness, material thickness and stamping process.
Ruihui two-in-one material rack and leveling machine has four types: thin plate, precision middle plate, ordinary middle plate and thick plate. The feeding method is available in two ways: upper feeding and lower feeding. Customized flattening roller split models are available upon request.

It can automate stamping production with minimal investment; while precision machining uses Ruihui high-speed roller feeder and NC servo feeder, both of which are high-performance and extremely low failure rate feeding equipment. .
The Ruihui high-speed roller feeder adopts the mechanical feeding mode, and the NC feeder adopts the numerical control servo motor feeding mode. In comparison, the high-speed roller feeder is cheaper in the price of the NC servo feeder.
However, the application range, feeding accuracy, and ease of operation are far less than those of the NC servo feeder. The specific model can be selected by the customer in consideration of their own stamping processing.
