The softening water treatment equipment for domestic villas is a kind of equipment specially designed to improve the quality of domestic water in villas.

It is mainly used to reduce the hardness of raw water, improve the softness of water quality, directly supply domestic water and provide it to the direct drinking water equipment in the villa.
The raw water of villas is mostly tap water or well water, which contains calcium and magnesium ions, resulting in high water hardness, and some unknown impurities. In order to ensure the health of water use, the raw water needs to be further filtered and softened.

The villa softening water equipment independently developed and manufactured by Jingchuang uses multi-stage filtered water and softened water. It is simple to operate, easy to install, and has a long service life, providing high-quality domestic water for villas.

The equipment uses food-grade strong acid cation exchange resin to soften scale ions such as calcium and magnesium in water.
When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer in the exchanger, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are replaced with the sodium ions adsorbed by the softening resin. The resin adsorbs calcium and magnesium ions and sodium ions enter the water. The water flowing out of the exchanger is softened water without hardness.

Softened water improves the taste and softness of water, saves various laundry detergents, reduces the wear of clothes, and makes clothes soft after washing; reduces the maintenance of water heaters and water pipes, and reduces the dirt on sanitary ware. The raw water before entering the resin tank contains turbidity, color, odor, residual chlorine, sediment, rust, suspended pollutants, dust, colloids, organic matter and other harmful substances. It is necessary to add multi-media filtration and carbon filtration before the resin tank.

First, remove impurities, and second, protect the softener to make it more effective and last longer. Finally, the water is accurately discharged through the high-quality PP cotton filter element, and the fine sediment impurities, red worms, nematodes, particulate matter, etc. are filtered and removed.

Equipment parameters include filter element materials: high-quality quartz sand, fine filter activated carbon, food-grade softening resin, high-quality PP precision filter element; shell material: 304 stainless steel, PE sanitary pipe; applicable water source: tap water/well water; water inlet pressure: 0.1-0.4MPa; applicable water temperature: 5-40℃; water production range: 0.5T/H-3T/H; whether to work with electricity: no/yes; service life: 5-10 years (replace the filter material when the water quality deteriorates).

The equipment process is raw water-multi-media filtration-activated carbon filtration-softening resin filtration-precision filter-water point. The selection guide for hotel central softening equipment includes different water hardness in different regions. The high-hardness water quality in northern my country and the limestone area in the south have high calcium and magnesium ion content in the water, which is easy to scale. Softening water resin should be installed to reduce the hardness of the water; if the water contains chlorine, heavy color and odor, and urban tap water with a high organic content, activated carbon multi-stage filtration adsorption can be preferred.

Because activated carbon has a strong adsorption effect on residual chlorine, foreign colors and odors in water, and has a significant removal effect on organic matter; if you need to drink directly, you should choose an ultrafiltration membrane to filter out a large number of macromolecular substances. The pore size range of the ultrafiltration membrane is 0.01 microns.
You can also use a nanofiltration membrane to filter and retain minerals in the water.
