Product Description
This production line has built a comprehensive and strict system in product quality control. When purchasing raw materials, set up a professional evaluation team to inspect the supplier's production environment, management level and quality control process. The wear resistance and air permeability of non-woven fabrics are tested, and the water absorption rate and water locking ability of water-absorbing materials are tested. In the production process, each process is posted detailed operating specifications, workers conduct self-inspection after operation, and quality inspectors regularly inspect. When the finished product is inspected, multiple rounds of manual full inspection are used, from the appearance of flatness, pattern printing clarity, to the dimensional accuracy, absorption amount, leakproof performance, etc., the defective rate is strictly controlled within 0.05%, providing high-quality and safe products for the baby.
