OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

The cylinder head is mounted on top of the cylinder block, sealing the cylinder from above and forming the combustion chamber. It is often in contact with high temperature and high pressure gas, so it bears great thermal load and mechanical load. A cooling water jacket is arranged inside the cylinder head of a water-cooled engine, and the cooling water hole on the lower end of the cylinder head is communicated with the cooling water hole of the cylinder body. Circulating water is used to cool the combustion chamber and other high temperature parts.​

ENGINE MAINTENANCE:

At present, some cylinder head gaskets are made of graphite. This type of cylinder head gasket has strong adhesion and good sealing performance, and can only be used once. When the graphite cylinder head gasket is removed, the residual old cylinder head gasket adhered to the plane of the body and cylinder head , must be cleaned up.
