Working mechanism:
The workpiece to be cleaned is put into the material frame, and the material frame is put on the material inlet manually, and the multi arm mechanical arm moves the material frame to the corresponding station according to the program specified by PLC; after the cleaning, rinsing, rinsing, suction drying and vacuum drying of the workpiece, it is sent to the discharge platform for discharging. The multi arm manipulator is horizontally driven by the cylinder and guided by the linear slide rail; the up and down lifting is driven by the motor and guided by the linear guide shaft; the touch screen operating system is adopted, with manual and automatic switch and related operation buttons, which can control the whole operation process.
