Origin of ultraviolet laser marking machine;
Laser Technology In the 1990s, with the unremitting efforts of laser technology, optics, crystal and other energy sources for decades, the UV laser marking equipment has been successfully developed, which has attracted wide attention in the world.
And took the lead in realizing the application of photovoltaic, glass, film and other industries. Moreover, the successful development of ultraviolet laser technology has provided corresponding solutions to the oxidation changes and atomic active substances in metal surface marking for a long time.
Working principle of ultraviolet laser marking machine;
The ultraviolet laser marking machine belongs to a series of laser marking machines, but it is developed by using a 355nm ultraviolet laser. Compared with infrared laser, this machine adopts the third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology, and the 355 ultraviolet light focusing spot is extremely small, which can greatly reduce the mechanical deformation of materials and has little influence on processing heat.
Ultraviolet laser marking is cold working, and the ultraviolet laser processing process is called "photoetching" effect. "Cold working" has very high load energy (ultraviolet) photons, which can break the chemical bonds in materials (especially organic materials) or surrounding media, until the materials are destroyed by non-thermal process. It does not produce heating or thermal deformation on the inner layer of the machined surface and its adjacent areas.
