Product description:

Juneng Separator can suitable for a variety of oils and fats and provide personalized solutions in order to achieve optimal oil and maximized production capacity.
DHZ series disc centrifuge for vegetable oil refining are widely used in continuous degumming, neutralizing, dewaxing, and washing of vegetable oils.
The separator has a static centripetal pump for outputting materials with light and heavy phase. Diameter of light phase centripetal pump is stationary and the light phase can be adjusted. Adjust the position of dividing face of light and heavy phase by adjusting the diameter of heavy phase centripetal pump and achieve the best separation effect. Centripetal pump of heavy phase can return to the least position automatically when discharging so that it can prevent oil leakage.

Animal oil: fish oil and other various animal fat clarification.

The separator is equipped with an automatic control cabinet. It consist of an industrial computer and auto overload protector, is highly automated, highly adaptive to change in process, easy to adjust, can greatly reduce the operation labor of workers.
The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, power is transmitted by liquid, so it can step up steadily and carry out overload protection.
