The centrifugal separator from Juneng has the special design for the centripetal pump and inlet/outlet port will create a soft separation environment for the material to ensure the active ingredient in the material is not destroyed and made the nutritional value and freshness as well as original flavor keep well.
Milk And Cream Separator Application:
DHN series separator is mainly used in milk clarifying industry. This type separator also can be used in apple juice, orange juice, vegetable juice, tea drinks , coffee , beer and other industry which need to separating two different density liquid.
Milk And Cream Separator competitive advantage:
1, The separator drum has gone through precise dynamic balance, it can run steadily, with low vibration and noise at operation.
2, All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, can effectively minimize the corrosion from the materials to be separated, and meet hygienic requirements for food.
3, The separator has a static centripetal pump for outputting materials with light and heavy phase. The separated materials in light and heavy phase will be output by the centripetal pump at top of the drum respectively, and the light phase material will enter into next operation.
4, The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, power is transmitted by liquid, so it can step up steadily and carry out overload protection.
