disc separator is mainly used for animal protein extraction and separation, also used for refining animal fat in meat processing, or used for fish oil concentration and separation in the processing of aquatic products. This model is also suitable for the mother liquor high content of heavy liquid separation and clarification treatment, to obtain a higher purity heavy or light liquid phase, Also apply to animal fats, offal, wool sewage treatment and other animal oil industry. The marine separator is mainly used for cleaning up the moisture and mechanical impurity in the fuel ( Light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, fuel oil) and lubricating oil of ships and diesel engine
Product competitive advantage:
1, There are stationary centripetal pumps for heavy phase and light phase output. Separated heavy phase and light phase are outputted respectively by the large and small centripetal pumps which on the top of the drum.
2, This series of separator outfits various specific gravity rings with different diameter, which can be selected and used according to the density and volume of the materials.
It has backpressure regulating valve. Separating effect can be regulated by regulating backpressure.
