JC1602P015N-1 is a 16x2 character dot-matrix LCD display module with built-in ST7066 controller IC or equivalent; Its default interface is 6800 4/8-bit parallel. The display also provides SPI and I2C interfaces SF1602C provides a variety of different backlight colors, including blue, green, white, yellow-green, amber, red, and white LEDs. Our default color is yellow, and you can contact us if you need different colors.
Character LCD display module is a kind of dot-matrix LCD specially used to display letters, numbers, symbols, etc. Currently, 16 * 1, 16 * 2, 20 * 2 and 40 * 2 lines are commonly used. The 1602 character LCD is divided into two types: with backlight and without backlight. Most of the base controllers are HD44780. The thickness of the controller with backlight is thicker than that without backlight. There is no difference in application whether it has backlight. The LCD module is a slow display device. Therefore, before executing each command, make sure that the busy flag of the module is low, indicating that it is not busy. Otherwise, the command is invalid.
