How to order and pay

Order Procedure:

First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 3-5days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.then we will give you the tracking number.

We have one year warranty for most production.There are five QC in our company. A very strict product testing system has set up which include raw material purchase, production, quality inspection and test before delivery. The defective rate of wholesale product is strictly controlled within 1%. For individual quality problems pls confirm with our sales by picture or video we will refund the money of the broken item or replace it in the following orders(Cause sometimes delivery cost of a few products is much more expensive than the product)
