Xiantao Lingyang Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, and is located in Hewan Industrial Area of the city with convenient transportation. Our products occupy great market share not only in China, but also in Southeast Asia, Europe and other countries and regions. The assets of our company are more than five million Yuan. We have 10,000 square meter manufactory area and around 500 employees. We consist of casting, heat incision, and heat combination workshops.

Small Family workshop stage In May 2003, Ms Bie Ling started business of producing disposable plastic shoe covers with starting found 35,000RMB. And the workshop was 100 square meters on the second floor of a private house. There were 8 employees and 20 machines. In 2004, with the support of the local village committee, Ms Bie Ling build a new workshop which was 350 square meters. From then on, the work shop began out of the private house. There were 30 employees. And the quantity of machine increased to 50.
Corporatization of the development stage In August 2005, that was a very important period as Mr. Hu Jianguo joined. Ms. Bie Ling shared 50% of her shares with Mr. Hu. And since that time, Xiantao Lingyang Plastic Co., Ltd established with the initial found 500,000RMB. Meantime, with the support of the government, the company build a new factory in Xiantao City, which covered an area of 1,500square meters. And the building area was 800 square meters with two workshops. With 100 workers, there were 100 machines and one cast film equipment. All the film for producing plastic shoe covers were made by the cast film equipment, not purchasing film from other factory, which made the factory with great advantage of controlling the quality of film and with low price. In 2006, Xiantao Lingyang Plastic Co., Ltd found a sub-factory in Dafu village. The Dafu sub-factory was 400 square meters with 50 shoe cover machines and 70 employees. In 2007, the company has got another cast film equipment. The same year, the Dafu sub-factory expand its workshop to 4000 square meters. And the member of workers increased to 100 people. In 2008, the company has got a heavy blow. A big fire caused heavy loss to the company. The main factory in Xiantao city burned the warehouse and workshops. The raw materials were burned and the two cast film equipment were destroyed. The goods of two customers were burned. In order to delivery the goods to the customers on time, there increased machines and workers in Dafu sub-factory. Luckily, all the goods were delivered on time. And the company rebuild the main factory and brought new machines. There payed great attention of the fire protection and safety management to the rebuild factory and sub factory. In 2009, there was H1N1 influenza. Lots of customers required for face masks. Dafu sub-factory expand a new workshop for producing face masks. Since then, the company began producing non-woven products. And there were 200 workers. In 2010, the company built a new warehouse and office. Same year, the company found a new sub-factory in Linwan village. The Linwan sub-factory is 20,000 msquare meters with 3,000 square meters new standardized workshop. This sub-factory mainly for producing disposable none-woven products. Such as non-woven caps, clothing, bed covers, etc. In 2011, the company set up foreign trade department. In this year, the company attached great importance to the construction of the Linwan sub-factory. The factory is a standardized management factory. At the beginning, there were 60 workers with 70 non-woven machines. In 2012, most of the funds were used for the construction of Linwan sub-factory. In 2013, the Foreign Trade business increased a lot. The amount of exporting raised to 18 million RMB. In 2014, the Linwan sub-factory built a big warehouse which is 2,000 square meters. The warehouse can stock 12x40HQ goods. And there built a 3-storey dormitory with 800 square meters. In 2015, the main factory build a 580-square-meters workshop for non-woven products. And the company bought a punch machine. The machine is 60 tons. And mainly for producing CPE gowns and aprons. In 2016, the company's management system upgrade. |
