Dissmann EV fuse line in rated current of 10A-500A,rated voltage of AC/DC500V,interrupting rating up to AC100KA/DC20KA@AC/DC500V,the installation belongs to bolt type connection,and the protection type is aR.
Application of the EV fuse
Applicable for road vehicle with small size, High Breaking capacity, Temperature shock resistance, Current surge, Mechanical vibration and shock, and Strong chemical load. Applicable for electric vehicle drive power system, Energy storage and power batteries, Energy storage capacitor, Frequency conversion controller, charger, wire and other automotive parts and equipment’s short circuit, overload and backup protection.
Structure of EV fuse
The fuse tubes of electric vehicles are made of high temperature resistant ceramic materials, which have high fire resistance and solid hardness.
The melt is sealed in a smelting tube so that 99.99% of the pure silver becomes a variable cross section melt. The smelting pipe is filled with chemically treated high purity quartz sand and specially treated chemical materials for arc to extinguish agglomeration.

Storage temperature
Products storage temperature: -40°C ~ 105°C. The relative humidity is not more than 70% when 40°C. The relative humidity is not more than 80% when 30°C. The relative humidity is not more than 90% below 20°C.
Packaging storage temperature: -40°C ~ 70°C. The relative humidity is not more than 40% when 40°C. The relative humidity is not more than 50% when 30°C. The relative humidity is not more than 90% below 20°C, no condensation.
Fuses can be stored for average 1 year when the relative humidity ≦75%.
Not in the open air, fuses can be stored at most 30 days when the relative humidity 95%.
The number of stacking layers of the outer packaging carton does not exceed 5 layers; the total stacking height does not exceed 1.5m, and should take measures to prevent collapse.
Fireproof, waterproof, and avoid contact with liquid, prevent sharp objects from penetrating, damage the cabinet, avoid contact with corrosive substances and gases.
