Operational Principle

◆Two municipal power after AC switch input one road communication, power supply to each charging module.The charging module converts the input three-phase AC to DC power to charge the battery and power the closing bus load, and the closing bus supplies the control bus through the antihypertensive device.

◆Each basic monitoring unit in the system is managed and controlled by the main monitoring, and the information collected by each monitoring unit shall be sent to the main supervision for management through the communication line.The main monitoring displays various information of the DC system. Users can also touch the display screen to query the information and operation, and the system information can also be connected to the remote monitoring system.

◆In addition to the basic communication monitoring, DC monitoring, switch quantity monitoring and other basic units, the system can also be equipped with insulation monitoring, battery inspection and other functional units, used to comprehensively monitor the DC system.

◆ Battery management unit automatically monitors the battery terminal voltage, charge and discharge current in real time, and controls the battery with both charge and floating charge, equipped with the functions of battery overpressure and charge overcurrent alarm.

◆ The software and hardware of the monitoring system adopt an open design, which can be increased at any time according to the different user needs, and modify the monitoring system and measurement and control parameters.

◆ Set of monitoring system supports the monitoring of two-sets of battery pack, three sets of charging device and bus segment mode, which can realize the automatic charging management of two-group battery. The two sets of batteries are completely managed independently, to ensure battery safety.

◆ Provides two communication interfaces, RS232 and RS485, and three communication regulatory options, RTU, CDT, and MODBUS.
