Description
Submarines and other vessels in contact below the waterline require special fender solutions. The hydropneumatic submarine fenders are filled with air and water, and then the counterweight is installed to stand vertically to protect the submerged hull. Submarine fenders need to be installed with some special installation technology. The performance of fender is affected by air-water ratio and initial pressure.
Submarine fenders can be used to change the level of submarine fender to adapt to different levels of ships. A counterweight is installed at the bottom of the fender to prevent it from overturning. The fender provides a better contact area vertically, which cannot be achieved through any other fender system and hence makes it, the most ideal for submarine use.
