Description:
1-32t ld electric hoist single beam top running indoor overhead crane are lifting equipment that traverses materials in the workshop, warehouse and stockyard. Because its two ends are located on tall cement columns or metal brackets, they are shaped like bridges. The bridge of the single girder bridge crane runs longitudinally along the rails laid on the elevated sides of the two sides, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift the materials without being obstructed by the ground equipment. It is the most widely used and largest number of lifting appliances.
Control Introduction:
1. hoisting mechanism and hoist operating mechanism
Adopting CD1 electric hoist, the lifting speed is 8m/min and the running speed is 20m/min.
2. the crane operating mechanism
The running structure adopts separate driving forms, and the driving brake is realized by a conical electric motor. The transmission is an open and closed gear transmission, and the wheel is a fixed shaft structure.
3. the crane sliding line uses C-shaped steel.
4. The crane is powered by a safe sliding line.
5. The main beam is rolled into a box-shaped solid web with a steel plate rolled into a П-shaped channel steel and a common hot-rolled I-beam group.
6. The end beam is made of steel plate rolled into a П-shaped channel steel, and the main end beams are connected by high-strength bolts.
7. the electrical part:
(1). Use the ground button to operate and remote control, and the button box moves with the hoist.
(2). The hoist lifting mechanism is provided with a fire stop limiter. When the lifting limit is reached, the main circuit is disconnected, and the mechanism can only operate when the reverse direction is operated. The running mechanism of the cart is equipped with an operation limit switch. When running to the limit position, the power supply control circuit is disconnected, and the mechanism operates only when operated in the opposite direction.
(3). The crane is equipped with a lifting weight limiter, which can automatically cut off the lifting power supply when the load exceeds the specified set value.
