Product Description
300Ton Transporting And Erecting Bridge Girder Launcher Crane is used for erecting concrete box girders for high speed (250km, 350km) passenger railway lines. This machine is suitable for equal span girders or different span girders which can be 20m, 24m and 32m, 50m. The rear part has two supports. One of the supports is "C" shape column with rotary and foldable technology. The "C" shape column technology saved the traverse space during traveling and which enables to travel through tunnels with the girder transfer vehicle.

3. This Bridge Girder Launcher Crane adopts ANSYS finite element software to analyze and calculate in the design to optimize the structure of the whole machine, so that the whole machine is light in weight and rigid;
4. The self-balanced vias of the front guide beam are used, which can meet the requirements of the longitudinal stability of the vias without adding weights, which is safe and reliable;
5. The middle outriggers do not walk on the bridge surface, and do not need to lay the bridge crane to move the track longitudinally. At the same time, the pressure of the bridge crane on the bridge surface is reduced, the construction cost is saved, and the box beam has greater adaptability;
6. The outriggers are used to move forward automatically, so that the bridge crane can better adapt to the longitudinal and transverse slopes existing in the actual working conditions, and at the same time make the bridge deck force more reasonable and safe;
7. The positions of the front and middle outriggers of the bridge erecting machine can be adjusted freely, and a core plate with adjustable angle can be better adapted to the erection of curved bridges and skew bridges. The diagonal bridge can be set according to the angle of the skew bridge Adjust the position of the front and middle outriggers of the bridge erecting girder launcher machine, which can adapt to any angle inclined bridge below 45 °;
8. Increase the trolley to move the trolley, the whole machine can be moved sideways, which solves the problem of side beam installation;
9. The main beam and the main connection structure of the whole machine adopt mature pin connection mechanism, which is not only firm and reliable, but also quick to assemble and disassemble (it only takes a few minutes to hit a steel pin).
