Introduction of Nitrogen Pump System
The Nitrogen Pump System is the test pump to take the high pressure test and function test for Drill stem testing tools in factory or at oifiled well site before the DST tools running in the hole for the oil well testing operation.
Operation of the Nitrogen Pump System
* Open the drive air stop valve of the nitrogen pump, please make sure that the gas inlet stop valve is opened before opening the drive air stop
* The gas booster starts pressurization and pressure inside the high pressure loop keeps increasing. Observe the output pressure value of the high pressure loop through the pressure gauge at the high pressure loop.
* Change the drive loop working pressure value via adjusting the drive air relief valve, so that different high pressure output could be achieved to meet different high pressure output coulbe be achieved to meet different test and production needs.
