R Type Wireline Pulling Tool For Oil Weill Wireline Operation
The R type pulling tool is a kind of wireline tools, it is the outer pulling tool used in wireline operation or slickline operation. The R type pulling tools is able to grasp the shoulder of the outer fishing neck with special fishing claw and move upward to release the claw. There are three types of R type pulling tools including RB, RS and RJ. The R Type Pulling Tools is designed to engage industry standard external fishing neck on subsurface equipment and has the shear to release feature by jarring up to shear the pin.
The R-type pulling tool consists of upper contact, outer cylinder, sleeve, shear pin, shear pin sheath,fishing claw, main spring, secondary spring, spring seat, etc. The R type pulling tools are designed with some grooves distributed uniformly on the outer cylinder; the fishing claw is installed on the groove and shrunk under the function of secondary spring and spring seat; the mandrel is fixed with outer cylinder with shear pin to connect with the bottom of the upper contact.
