1. Strict selection of raw materials ,All kelly bars use seamless steel tube from large steel factories.
2. forging parts such as drive stub to assure the reliable quality;
3. All steel tubes will be under sandblasting processing to improve the surface.
4. A reinforcing ring is installed at the bottom of terminals to improve the strength.
5. Locks and drive shell use forging wearing plate with high strength.abd heat treatment is widely used in the key parts such as drive keys ti improve wear resistance ;
6. With high torsional coefficient ,the compression and vibration resistance of Kelly bar is higher than average level,high efficient in rock drilling construction.
