Kelly bar is the main part of a rotary rig,is used to transfer the drilling tools both the torque and the pressure produced by the drilling machine to drilling tools, drilling in dense sand and gravel and weak to strong rock.

1) Interlocking kelly bar
Interlocking kelly bar with great pressure transmission and good perfomance. There are 3 rigid parts between drilling pipes to transfer greater pressure from embedding cylinder. Even at the hard geologic condition it can transfer greater pressure.Stair key, organization transmission, the outside key is made by highly wear-resisting tempering steel. For for drilling in dense sand,gravel and weak to strong rock.
2) Friction kelly bar
Friction kelly bar is another type,it does need unlock the joint of its inner and outer line so that it is convenient and fast to lift the bar. Non-stair key, the outside key is made by high wear-resisting tempering steel. is suitable for layer of soft ground and mud, mud, (mud) sand, gravel.
