Flat teeth are used as cutting teeth on augers, drilling buckets.Normally one set includes one pcs of teeth, one pcs of adapter/holder and one pcs of pin, you can choose them freely according to your purchasing requirement.
Use high grade alloy steel , tungsten carbide tip and advanced brazing,technology to produce high quality.Weldable steel is suitable for covering large ares. The material of the steel body adopt the 42CrMo.The tungsten carbide tip adopt YG11C and YG13C.
Together with the parts supply assurance,a high daily production volume,and above-average economy is guaranteed.
The holder adapt to the teeth with all the performance features such as a high feed rate,a long service life and short tool changing times.
Tooth Holder:
The tooth holder is optimally adapted to the tooth series. It guarantees easy tooth replacement (ejector port). Its compact construction facilitates the execution of complicated cutting geometries and optimal adjustment of tooth position.
