Product Introduction
TRG series screw pump is characterized by smooth flow rate, small pressure pulsation, good self-priming ability, low noise, high efficiency, long service life, and reliable operation. Its outstanding advantage is that when conveying medium it does not form eddy currents and is not sensitive to the viscosity of medium. Therefore, it is widely used in drilling waste management currently.
Screw pump can be driven by coupler, or adjust the speed by using variable speed motor, triangle V-belt and gear box etc. Rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of this pump, and they are easy to replace. Stator is made of synthetic rubber material. It has particular advantages than other pumps to transfer the fluids with high viscosity and hard suspended particles. Our TRG series screw pump is with less accessories, compact structure, small volume and easy maintenance.
