Oil Gas Water Well Drilling Waste Management Equipment
Product Overview
Drilling waste management systems are packages of different function for drilling waste management. Usually include high G drying shaker, auger feeder or screw conveyor, skid mounted cuttings dryer, and decanter centrifuge with telescopic skid, drilling cuttings tank or mud skips.
Our oil-based drilling waste management is mainly divided into waste drying collection unit, liquid phase separation unit. As for disposal of waste mud, we need to add gel breaker processing unit.
Drilling waste management is our latest researched and manufactured unit for a better environment protection and high working efficacy. Just as we know, oil and gas wells drilling fields will create waste in the drilling progress, which will be harmful to the environment. Therefore, we need drilling waste management unit to solve this kind of problem. Normally, with a good waste managementpractice, the amount of waste and the toxicity of waste will be reduced and bring a good environment for drilling fields.
Main Solutions
Solution 1
The system mainly consists of shale shaker, decanter centrifuge and tanks, used for the water-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment. The drilling mud after treatment can be reused, but the moisture content of treated solid phase is relatively high.
Solution 2
The system mainly consists of vertical cutting dryer, decanter centrifuge and tanks, used for the water-base / oil-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment. The moisture content and oil content of treated solid phase is lower.
Solution 3
The system mainly consists of filter press, chemical-adding unit and tanks, used for the water-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment. The moisture content of treated solid phase is lower, but the working process is relatively complex and the equipment floor area is big.
