Description:
1. BH is one of the few manufacturers which manufacture the whole dry mortars production line in China. We have supplied tens of production lines for clients at home and abroad. Our products have sold to Europe, America, South Asia, Middle East, and welcome by our clients and colleagues.
2. We can make different design and configure project for the dry mortars production line. System is designed in tower layout and includes raw materials drying, screening, materials storage, metering, mixing and packing.
3. During production, equipment lifts the pre-handled materials to the top of silo. Materials flow out by own gravitation, and then batched by computer, conveyed and metered by screw, mixed, packed. The whole production is completed by central control computer system, with high batching accuracy. The equipments are closed, dust free.
4. The silo arrangement of dry mortars production line adopts modularization, expand from center to outside. It make substage investment acheived. The control system can finish batching, monitoring and feeding automatically.
Working principles of dry mortar production line:
Working principle of the equipment is that the relatively rotating spindle drives the paddle rotation and throws the material to the space level in a certain angle. The particles lose weight instantaneously in the space flow layer, and the centrifugal force and the gravity cancell each other. (The material density difference under the weightlessness does not affect mixture homogeneity)Mixed into each other and form a fluidized weight loss area at the middle level and formed a vortex around the main shaft. The bottom forms a material translational flow layer and the material moves axially along the shaft . Under the dual drive of radial force and axial force, the material is in a three-dimensional composite motion, thus forming a full-scale compound cycle and rapidly achieving uniform mixing. In the mixer, the finished product is quickly opened by pneumatics and quickly put into the finished product silo for buffering and storage. The finished product silo and the packaging machine are metered and packaged into the packaging machine through a soft connection. Users with particularly large production volumes can add belt conveyors at the back of the packaging machine and deliver the finished product directly to the finished product area or truck.
