1) Raw material silos: it is used to store raw material such as cement, sand, fly ash, caco3, etc. Normally it will equip level regulars, dust collector, pressure safety valve and other accessory parts.
2) Bucket elevator: To vertical transport the materials. Granular material feeding to silo from here, powder material usually feeding by pump truck.
3) Twin Shaft Agravic Mixer: To mix materials uniformly and high efficiency, MG fly cutter system in the top of mixer will cut and break up the fibre easily.
4) Finished product hopper: To store the finished material and prepare for the packing work, the ribbon mixer is to protect the finished material from segregation during the second falling.
5) Automatic valve Packaging Machine: Automatic weighing packaging machine: to pack the end product and automatically sewing, it can realize automatically weighing and packaging, packing range: 15-50kg/bag, packing accuracy can be + / - 0.5kg.
6) Automatic PLC Control System: PLC control system with characters of High degree of intelligence, automatic control from the weighing of ingredients to the mixing, packaging and full control, easy to operate.
