Q1: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the product it's in Stock, then normally we will send out the goods in 3-5 days.
Q2: How do I place orders?
A1: You can write down the item/code number, with quantities you want, contact our customer service to make order.
Q3: How would you ship the goods?
We usually ship the goods by Air Express (DHL /Fedex /UPS /TNT /Epacket) etc, or as customer’s request. It usaully take 5-20 days, depends on which shipping method the customer will choose.
Q4: May I mix the order with other items?
A: Yes, you can make a mix order with other stock items.
Q5: Can we put our Logo or OEM/ODM our own Packing?
A: Yes of course, customer's logo service is accepted. And we can also help you to creat your own logo or your own jewelry packing, if you reach the Minimum Order Quantity for OEM/ODM.
